TERMS, CONDITIONS & WARRANTIES Generic Compatible Cartridges are warranted to be free of defects in both materials and workmanship. These cartridges are manufactured to the most stringent quality control standards possible, guaranteeing performance that meets or exceeds that of the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer). The warranty does not cover cartridges that have been refilled, emptied, abused, misused, or tampered with in any way. Office Tec Supplies also warrants that: subject to the conditions stated below, and under normal use, these cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to any compatible machine. If a defect in one of these cartridges causes a machine to fail, Office Tec Supplies will only honor the manufacturer's warranty for repair of any machines or printer machines. Office Tec Supplies does not pay for machine repairs. Office Tec Supplies' liability hereunder shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement as stated above. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. The tampering of any Office Tec Supplies cartridge by any person or persons, other than by an Office Tec Supplies representative, voids all warranties and released Office Tec Supplies from all liability. Office Tec Supplies' warranty is void on all Generic Compatible cartridges that are more than one (1) year old from the date of purchase. We accept returns for a full refund for unopened and sealed cartridges for 30 days, and exchanges for 60 days. Minimum Order Office Tec Supplies has no minimum order requirement. Certain products may have minimum order quantities. Pricing Office Tec Supplies reserves the right to update prices and product information at any time without prior notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors. Returns/ Credit Policies Returns will be accepted only by calling or emailing our customer service department and getting prior approval. Returns made without proper authorization will be returned at the customer's expense. We reserve the right to apply a 15% restocking fee on any items returned due to customer error or overstock. Products returned as defective will be expected to pay for the cartridges used. Any requests for returns, for all reasons other than defective merchandise, must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Do not write anything directly on the manufacturer's box when making a non-defective return as the product must be in good, unmarked, resalable condition in order to receive credit. All returns must be freight prepaid. Returned products may be replaced with the same products or a credit based on the last price paid or the original invoice price. Damaged Shipments: Packages damaged due to shipping need to be reported/claimed immediately to the freight carrier directly. Please inform us if this occurs and we will assist in your claim. If accepting shipments with damaged products, be sure to indicate so when signing for the shipment. This will help protect you with your claim. Please keep all packaging from the shipment until advised otherwise by the carrier. All special orders, close-out or discontinued items may not be returned for any reason, other than if the product is deemed defective.
