Shipping:

Office Tec Supplies delivers ground shipping to all states in U.S. population from our distribution centers located in: CA, PA, IL, TN, GA, TX, PA, VA, NY, MI and many more.

Shipping — low cost. We arrange for the quickest, most cost-effective methods of shipping for our customers. We offer free shipping for orders over $100.  Most of our shipping is ground-based with UPS and/or Fed Ex.  For expedited overnight delivery, please contact us at 888 755 9820.

Overseas. We offer overseas shipping via US Priority Mail at a minimal cost.  Please contact us for more information or special instructions.

Returns:

All products are 100% guaranteed.  For all returns, customer must provide date of order and/or order number, and the reason for return and you will receive a full refund after receipt.   Office Tec Supplies will supply customer with a UPS return label EXCEPT for incorrectly ordered items by customer. 

Our return policies are as follows:

1)         Office supplies may be returned with full refund and/or exchange within 15 days of purchase.  Products must be unopened and in original condition. 

2)         All defective items may be returned with full refund and/or exchange within 15 days of purchase.

3)         All defective COMPATIBLE BRAND toner and ink cartridges may be returned with full refund or exchange within 90 days of purchase.

4)         Technology and consumer electronic products may only be exchanged or returned in their original, unopened packaging with UPC code within 15 days of purchase. If box is opened, only an exchange will be offered. A 15% Restocking Fee will be applied if any components are missing. Please remember to remove all personal data from exchanged/returned products.

5)         Furniture may only be exchanged or returned in new condition, unassembled, and in original packaging with UPC code within 15 days of purchase.

6)         Office Tec Supplies reserves the right to make policy changes at any time and to make exceptions on case-by-case basis.
